Admissions Procedure

ISC welcomes students of all nationalities at anytime during the school year.

Contact School

We encourage you to visit our school. To schedule an appointment please ring our school office at +66 (0) 38 241 085 or +66 (0) 87 141 4448. Alternatively, you may write an email to admissions@isc.ac.th. During this visit, you will be touring our school and meeting with the staff. Your children are most welcome to come along on your first visit. Once you are completely satisfied with the school, we will move on to step 2.

Submit Documents

Complete the enrolment form and provide the necessary documents.

Thai Nationals:

ID Card (parents)
House Registration
Birth Certificate
2 Passport Photos
Vaccination Record
School Record

Other Nationalities:

Passport (parents & student)

Assessment

Once we’ve received your online application form, supporting documents and the non‑refundable Application Fee of THB 3,000, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and begin reviewing your application. To help us move forward as efficiently as possible, we encourage families to submit all documents at the time of application.

We’ll be in touch to support you and guide your application through the next steps. This may include inviting your child to take part in an age‑appropriate assessment

Sign Acceptance Form

Depending upon availability, you will be receiving an Acceptance Letter from the school. An Acceptance Form will be sent along with the Acceptance Letter, which has to be signed by parents/guardians and returned to school.

Make Payment

An invoice will be issued requesting payment of following:

  1. One time non-refundable Registration Fee.
  2. Annual Insurance Fee.
  3. Tuition Fee.
  4. Lunch and Transportation Fee (if applicable).

Orientation

If your child/ren is starting in the beginning of a school year, you will be invited to Orientation Day before the start of school. On this day, you will be meeting with your child/ren class teacher and specialist teachers. If it is a mid year enrolment, your child can start school whenever you are ready.
